The centuries old Hippocrates’ Plane Tree, is located in front of the main castle. The Hippocrates Plane Tree,Under which Hippocrates (the Father of Medicine) taught his pupils. This magnificent tree is certainly one of Europe’s oldest.
At Eleftherias Square you can experience local nightlife with its array of cafes and local restaurants. The old town market stalls and shops can offer you a local shopping experience.
